I simply wanted them to honor a bonus for my aggregate deposit (literally 1 minute apart) of $520. They said nope. That’s unreasonable, but ok. I try to withdrawal and they restrict the withdrawal? I forfeited the bonus you crooks. So, how is this possible? And, why would any patron here play this slimy game with them. I would appreciate some help and support here.
Ok they took me right back to where I was yesterday without any further issue. I was awarded the 75% bonus on my first deposit. I am completely satisfied with the end result. There are rules and they are sticking to them. I get it. If a mod feels the need to delete this thread, if they think it reflects poorly on Bovada, I think that is more than fair. They made it right in my book. Thanks for any and all help/advice!
I had a Bovada account for several years, I only funded it w/ a few hundred dollars and only made bets there when the line was more favorable to my primary book. Out of nowhere they locked me out of my account - when I called to try to find out what was going on I could never get anyone to talk to me. I lost about $300.
